The leak
What happens to your cohort after Class 10
A school that loses thirty students after Class 10 has not lost thirty students. It has lost thirty families, the younger siblings behind them, and the admissions those families would have brought you by word of mouth for the next decade.
The reason is rarely academic quality. Parents move their children in Class 11 because they believe competitive preparation happens somewhere else — in a separate building, after school hours, at a price they resent paying twice. The school that taught the child from Class 7 hands the last two years, and the result on the certificate, to someone else.
An integrated programme closes that gap. The preparation happens on your campus, inside the school day, and the rank that follows carries your name.
The partnership
We are not a coaching chain that also visits schools
Every term of the arrangement follows from one decision: Aarambh operates no centres of its own. That single fact changes what we are able to offer you, and what we are never in a position to take.
No competing centre in your city
We have no retail branch to fill, no walk-in admissions target, and no reason to speak to your parents outside your building. A partnership is the only way we earn anything.
Your faculty are trained, not replaced
Aarambh faculty teach the competitive component and work alongside your teachers on the board syllabus. Your department heads keep ownership of the class.
Inside the school day
The programme is built into your timetable rather than bolted onto the evening. A child who is finished by four in the afternoon studies better than one who starts a second school at five.

Most partnerships begin with one programme and widen once a first cohort has moved through. Nothing here requires you to take all of it.
Classes 7–10
Foundation
Conceptual groundwork in mathematics and science, built to sit alongside the board syllabus rather than compete with it. This is where the retention argument is actually won — a child who has been in the stream since Class 8 rarely leaves in Class 11.
Classes 11–12
Integrated JEE
A two-year engineering-entrance stream taught on campus and inside the timetable, sequenced so that board preparation and JEE preparation reinforce each other instead of splitting the student's week in half.
Classes 11–12
Integrated NEET
The medical-entrance equivalent, with the biology depth and the volume of practice the examination now demands, and a review and revision phase in the final months before the paper.

KCET
State-entrance coverage for the large proportion of your cohort whose realistic and sensible target is a Karnataka seat, taught with the same seriousness as the national examinations.

He designs the sequencing, sets the examination standard, and personally mentors the top band of every partner cohort. Principals who want to interrogate the academic plan should ask for him by name.

A builder of institutions rather than a seller of programmes. He has taken thirty-four institutions across Karnataka from an empty site to a running academic operation, beginning with the group's first in Mangalore in 2009.
That history matters to you for one reason: a partner who has run a campus himself knows what a school is genuinely being asked to give up — timetable hours, classroom capacity, faculty goodwill — and will not propose a programme that quietly costs you more than it returns.

The questions we are usually asked first
Will you open your own centre in our city?
No. Aarambh has no retail centres anywhere and no plan to open them. The entire practice exists to run programmes inside partner institutions, which is why we can commit to this in writing as part of the agreement.
Whose name does the programme run under?
Yours. Parents enrol in your school's integrated programme. We are named in the academic documentation and to your faculty, and we are happy to be introduced to parents as your academic partner — but the brand on the board, the certificate and the result announcement is the school's.
Do our teachers lose their classes?
No, and a partnership that required it would not survive its first year. Aarambh faculty carry the competitive component. Your teachers keep the board syllabus and stay in the room, and are trained on the sequencing so the two halves do not contradict each other. Where a department is already strong, we deliberately hand more of the load back to it.
What does the school actually have to provide?
Timetable hours, classroom space for the stream, access to your faculty for planning, and a single point of contact in your senior leadership. We bring the academic plan, the faculty, the material, the test infrastructure and the reporting. The honest answer is that timetable hours are the real cost, and we will show you exactly how many before you decide.
How is the commercial arrangement structured?
It depends on cohort size, the programmes you take and whether you want us on a fee-share or a fixed engagement. There is no standard price list, and we would be misleading you to publish one. We will put a specific structure in front of you after the first conversation, in writing.
What happens in the first ninety days?
A diagnostic on your current cohort, an academic audit of the senior science and mathematics departments, a written plan with timetable implications costed out, and a parent-facing communication pack. Teaching begins only once you have signed off on all four.
We already run an arrangement with another provider.
Then the useful conversation is a comparison, not a pitch. Bring us your retention figures and your last two years of results and we will tell you honestly whether a change is worth the disruption. Sometimes it is not.
